Contract Terms and Conditions

Tong Baby does not guarantee that the software on the website is free of viruses and errors. If users' hardware and software elements are harmed due to the software or content on the website, Tong Baby cannot be held responsible.

Force Majeure

If any party, due to force majeure, is unable to fulfill or delays the obligations undertaken under these Terms of Use, they will not be held responsible against the other parties. Force majeure refers to events that occur beyond the control of the parties, are unforeseeable, and unavoidable.

Copyrights
