DELIVERY INFORMATION

If you placed your order before 16:00, it will be shipped the same day. If you placed your order after 16:00 and the product is in stock, it will be shipped the next business day.

PAYMENT

1) Bank Transfer or EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

Transfer Notifications You can send the payment to our Bank account (₺) and then create a notification.

2) Credit Card Payment

You can use any type of credit card to pay online either in full or with installments. In online payments, the amount will be charged to your credit card at the end of the order. In case of order cancellation or stock issues, the refund to your credit card will be processed within 7 business days.

Note: Cash on Delivery or Credit Card on Delivery is not available.

Cancellation & Return & Exchange Terms

Tong Baby, prioritizing customer satisfaction, offers unconditional exchange within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, provided that the original packaging is not damaged and the product is not damaged. During this period, customers may exchange their product for another product. Any price difference will be refunded to the customer’s card or an additional charge will be collected from the card. The returned product must be in its original box or packaging. Packages with shipping labels or taped with packing tape will not be accepted.

Products that have lost their resellable condition or are in a state where they cannot be sold to another customer will not be accepted for return. When returning products, the original invoice copies and a letter stating the reason for the return must be sent along with the product.

If the returned product is considered faulty, the shipping fee will be covered by our company. In this case, the product must be returned with our contracted courier company. For returns not considered faulty, the shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping fees will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

The order amount will be refunded to the payment method used by the customer within 45 days after the return request is approved. According to the right of withdrawal, the customer can return the received product within 7 (seven) days without any penalty.

RETURN PROCESS:

  1. The buyer can send an email to [email protected] with the order number and the product code, stating the reason for return, or they can contact us via phone at +90 (0224) 363 40 50.

  2. Based on the request from the buyer, the product can be delivered to the seller via the contracted courier company with prepaid shipping (warranty document, invoice, delivery slip, shipping receipt, etc.). If the product is faulty, the shipping cost will be covered by the seller. If the product is not considered faulty, the return shipping fees will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded within 45 days.

  3. It is important to pack the product as safely as possible to avoid damage.

  4. If no fault from the customer’s side is found upon inspection, the product price will be refunded to the buyer's preferred payment method.

PRODUCT INSPECTION AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS:

  • It is important to clearly write your address to ensure fast delivery.

  • You must inspect the product before accepting the delivery. In case of damaged or faulty products, a damage report must be obtained from the courier company and the warehouse.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED BY MISTAKE AND RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • The general return period for mistakenly received products is 7 days.

  • Products that are opened, used, damaged, etc. cannot be returned.

  • The return must be made with the original packaging.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:

  • If there is any opening, damage, breakage, tearing, use, etc. in the product and packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition it was delivered, it will not be accepted for return and the payment will not be refunded.

SPECIAL PRODUCTS AND RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • Some products may not be accepted for return due to specific conditions.
  • For cancellation, return, or exchange requests, the product packaging must remain unopened.
  • Returns are not possible for products specifically designed and manufactured to order.

RETURN PROCESS AND INSPECTION:

  • The returned product will be inspected by Tongs Baby personnel, and if it is deemed suitable, the refund process will begin within 45 business days.

REFUND PROCEDURE:

  • For installment purchases with a credit card, if the buyer purchased the product in installments, the bank will refund in installments.

  • The seller will pay the full product price to the bank, and after the installment payments from the bank’s POS, the refund will be transferred to the buyer's credit card account in installments.

FOR CORPORATE PURCHASES:

  • If the product is invoiced to the company name, you need to send the return along with the return invoice, excluding the shipping fee (product unit price + VAT).
